Your family members can request access if your FamilyTree group is private. You can send them an invite if your group is hidden.

User gets access to all modules, but with specific rights. Head of the family (Organizer) has full rights. For the Wedding event, the creator will have full access, vendors for those modules specific to vendors, and guests will have view rights to specific modules (invitation, photos, etc)

Family Tree
You can create a close-knit group of your family members.
Anyone can create a profile from the main site. They can then request access to join the Family tree group. If your family tree is hidden from the Groups view, then you can send out an invite to the person directly. Depending on the settings when you create the group, either the admins/moderators or anyone in the group can invite others.
Only the head of the family can edit the family tree.
Go to the Member's tab, and you can list users alphabetically, by "Newest member" or by recently active. Click on their profile to view their information.
You have to login first and go to the Groups tab. From here, Create a Group (Group name, Description), choose the settings that you need, and the Family tree Group is created.
Admins / Moderators can edit and change all details in the Family Tree. Group members can post in the activity feed, participate in forum discussions, respond to events, view photos, etc.
You can send an invite from the corresponding Family Tree group to others.
If the Family Tree is public or private, it can be viewed in the Groups tab. Otherwise you need to be invited by the authorized people in the Family tree.

Program
A program is part of an event that takes place in your family.

There are multiple options - you can send out invitations, assign vendors, purchase items, book venue, transportation etc.
You can use the "RSVP" button in the corresponding Event's dashboard to send out invites.
Yes, if you do not choose any of the programs in the event, the invite will be sent for every program.
Yes, you can choose specific programs within the event to invite people to.
They will see the RSVP invitation where they can send a response here and also update confirmation of attendance.
You can add an overall budget against each expense type, and update the paid/pending status of each item. You can also see a consolidated overview of all payments and pending.
RSVP is the tab where you send invites to the whole event or individual programs to each invitee. You can add contacts from your own contact group or add new contacts directly by name/email.
The RSVP will show the number of people coming based on the responses from invitees. You can use these numbers to adjust your budgeting for each program expense
This is a setting in the Vendor's tab in the corresponding Event's dashboard. Automated reminder is sent 3, 2, 1 days earlier and on the same day to the vendor. (Currently there is no setting on a manual reminder option)
